It is impossible to make an appointment for the procedure without prior medical advice and an official appointment. Cancellation:

• Free cancellation is possible if the reservation is cancelled more than 1 day before the arrival date, the prepayment will be refunded in full. If you cancel your reservation less than 1 day before arrival and do not document the cancellation (call from work, medical certificate, etc.), a fine of one day's stay will be charged, the rest of the prepayment will be refunded.

Changing the check-in date to a later date:

• In case of notification of a postponement more than 24 hours before the arrival date, no penalties;

• In case of notification of the transfer less than 24 hours before the arrival date, a fine in the amount of the cost of the ticket for 1 day;

No check-in:

• In case of non-arrival of the vacationer and further cancellation of the reservation - a fine of 1 day from the ticket price.

• Early check–in - from 00:00 to 14:00 - ½ of the cost of the day (subject to availability and clean rooms); breakfast is included.

• Late check–out - before 18:00, from half the cost of the day (lunch included); after 18:00 – the cost of the day (lunch, dinner included)

Reservations are made according to the selected room category. The specific accommodation (floor, room number) is determined upon arrival and depends on the availability of rooms. We try to take into account the individual wishes of the guests, but the final decision on accommodation is made by the administration of the sanatorium based on the current load.

Children from 0 to 7 years stay free of charge, no more than 2 children in a room for free. The sanatorium provides a cot for children under 4 years of age. Children from 4 to 7 years old can be accommodated on the sofa, which is located in each room, of all categories, 180* 60 in size, the sanatorium provides free bed linen.
